Anyone 18+ can bid! Create an account and start bidding. We do not ship items or pallets currently, so you must pick up your items on Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM at our warehouse at 801 Steam Plant Rd, Gallatin TN 37066.

Yes! All of our bidding is considered a "max bid." You can use the quick bid options to increase your bid or use the custom bid field to set a higher amount.

Bids are binding. We cannot delete, cancel, or lower a bid.

Popcorn bidding is to add fairness and opportunity to every auction! When there is 1 minute left in the auction, each bid placed will reset the countdown to 1 minute remaining. The auction will close when there is a 1 minute period with no bids. This eliminates people "sniping," which is when someone bids at the very last second hoping others won't have time to bid.

When the auction round closes, you’ll get an invoice email. You’ll also see the invoice in your Auction Cart, under My Auctions. Open it and check out to pay. The 10% buyer’s fee and Tennessee sales tax are added at checkout.

Pay promptly. Invoices expire if they’re not paid in time, and unpaid items may be relisted.

• Pickup hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
• Deadline: within 3 open days of the auction closing. For example, if an auction closes Thursday, pick up by the following Tuesday.
• Bring your invoice email. Have it ready before you reach the pickup window.
• Schedule a time with the Schedule Your Pick Up link at the top of our website.

If you don’t pick up within 3 open days, you forfeit your items, and a 20% restocking fee is added to your account before you can bid again.
