FAQs

General

Who can buy from you?

Anyone! Whether you’re just getting started in the liquidation resale business or you’re a seasoned veteran, we are happy to be of service.

Our customers include Amazon sellers, eBay sellers, thrift stores, wholesalers, flea market sellers, auction companies, refurbished goods retailers, and more.

What types of products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of merchandise including electronics, clothing, jewelry, cosmetics, toys, tools, housewares, books, non-perishable foods, and much more.

While we like to always have a good range of products available, we also like to get to know our customers so we can source products that best match their needs.

Do you sell name-brand merchandise?

Yes! We often carry popular, name-brand merchandise in all of our product categories.

With that being said, we cannot make guarantees to stock certain brands or product lines because our inventory is based on what’s currently available in the market from our suppliers.

How many items are included in an order?
  • The exact number of items in each order vary based on the size of the products and the type of order.
  • A small lot is a 22″ x 18″ x 12″ shipping box. A pallet typically constitutes several small lots. And a truckload constitutes several pallets of merchandise.
  • Every item in an order is listed on a detailed manifest that we make public for review. This manifest includes each product’s name, manufacturer, condition (new, like new, etc.), current retail price, and quantity.

We always include photos of the products in an order for our customers to review, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about a particular order.

What condition are the products in?

The condition of the products we stock varies based on the its sourcing origin. We procure all kinds of liquidated goods including returns, closeouts, seasonal, shelf pulls, overstock, markdowns, salvage, and more.

Returns may be opened or have damaged packaging but still in new condition. Closeout and seasonal items typically are discontinued products and may be unused/unopened with original packaging/tags. Shelf pulls might be display products that are still in new condition but no longer have original packaging/tags. Overstock and markdown merchandise typically need to be moved to make room for new inventory and are often brand new.

We also source salvage products to specifically cater to our customers who specialize in refurbishing defective or malfunctioning items and reselling them.

Do you ever have special sales?

Yes! We periodically offer even deeper discounts on orders during holidays and other special sales events.

We also may drop the prices of merchandise that we need to move quickly to make room for more inventory.

How often do you replenish inventory?

We are constantly replenishing inventory and receive new products direct from retailers as they become available.

Where do you get your merchandise from?

We source our merchandise directly from national and regional retailers. We establish contractual agreements with our suppliers to ensure quality control measures as well as consistent product shipments. Our suppliers include both brick and mortar stores as well as e-commerce websites.

Can I request only certain kinds of products in my order?

Many of our customers work in a specific retail niche, such as consumer electronics or clothing, and consequently are solely interested in products that fall within a certain niche. Therefore, we make the best effort we can to accommodate a customer’s request that a pallet or truckload only contain certain kinds of products.

Due to the unpredictable nature of product sourcing in the wholesale industry, we cannot guarantee to always provide a custom-assembled order. Even still, feel free to contact us to discuss your needs, and we’d be happy to match you with the right products. We work with clients in very obscure retail markets, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I visit your warehouse to see your merchandise?

Yes! Customers and potential customers are encouraged to tour our warehouse and see our merchandise first-hand. It is important to us that our customers feel comfortable doing business with us, and sometimes an in-person visit is the best way to start a working relationship.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

The minimum order size we process is a small lot (22″ x 18″ x 12″). These small lots are an ideal size for those who are just getting started in liquidation.

Can I order a small sample of products to review before buying a full order?

Unfortunately, we do not sell sample-size orders. The best solution is to purchase a small lot first before committing to a pallet or truckload.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, credit card, bank wire, cash, behalf.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax in any state except for Tennessee, where we are located. Tennessee buyers must provide a valid sales tax exempt form to exclude sales tax from orders.

What is your return/refund policy?

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to solve any issues and ensure you make money on your orders!

Pallet Auction

Who can bid?

Anyone 18+ can bid! Create an account and start bidding. We do not ship items or pallets currently, so you must pick up your items on Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM at our warehouse at 801 Steam Plant Rd, Gallatin TN 37066.

Is there a max bid or proxy bid option?

Yes! All of our bidding is considered a "max bid." You can use the quick bid options to increase your bid or use the custom bid field to set a higher amount.

What if I overbid?

Bids are binding. We cannot delete, cancel, or lower a bid.

What is popcorn bidding?

Popcorn bidding is to add fairness and opportunity to every auction! When there is 1 minute left in the auction, each bid placed will reset the countdown to 1 minute remaining. The auction will close when there is a 1 minute period with no bids. Adding to your proxy bid will not increase time, if you are the high bidder. This eliminates people "sniping," which is when someone bids at the very last second hoping others won't have time to bid.

I won! What next?!

You'll pay at pick up at our warehouse on Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM. We're located at 801 Steam Plant Rd Gallatin, TN 37066.

Do you charge a buyer's fee?

Yes, there is a 10% buyer's fee that will be paid for at pick up.

What if I don't pick up my winnings?

If you do not pick up your winnings on the Friday following the auction between 8 AM and 3 PM, a 20% restocking fee will be added to your account before you can bid in future auctions. If you do not pick up, you also forfeit your winnings.
