You agree and acknowledge the following:

• You are age 18 or higher.
• Before you can bid, we must have a valid government issued photo ID on file. This can be uploaded when you sign up for an account.
• A bid is a binding contract. When you bid on an auction, you're committing to buy it if you win.
• Bids cannot be retracted.
• You are required to pay and pick up your auctions on the Friday following the close of the auction between 8 AM and 3 PM.
• All auctions require a 10% buyers fee.
• If you do not pick up your winnings on the Friday following the auction between 8 AM and 3 PM, a 20% restocking fee will be added to your account before you can bid in future auctions. If you do not pick up, you also forfeit your winnings.
• Customers that do not pay will be restricted from visiting and participating in future auctions and events.
