Starting Feb 11, 2025, all tax exempt customers will need to upload tax exemption documents to their account. This is mandatory for tax exemption, even if you've provided your tax documents in the past.

Tax exempt customers may submit tax exemption documents using these steps:

1. If you do not have a tax exempt certificate: 
   Click on the "Submit Certificates" button to generate a certificate through a guided flow. 
   
   
2. If you already have a completed tax document:
   Click on the "Upload Pre-Completed Certificates" button.
   
   
3. Once you submit your document(s), you will be able to proceed with checkout exempt from sales tax.
